When planning this week's strips, I wanted to have them go overboard on the pranks and have that be the thing that woke up George... but I wanted to hold off on the big reveal until the day after he "woke" up so  decided to go with the one panel and just imply that they escalated their hijinks with some props. I've continued to receive emails telling me about how much people enjoy the comic and how that they're cool with my mental health breaks from every now and again. I think I'm going to work them into the update schedule officially every few months, maybe like every few months I take a week or so off and I schedule ahead of time. I don't know right now, but I think it could work. Other comics call it the "seasonal" approach, where you have new updates in seasons like a television show and then there's a quick hiatus and they come back with new comics for the next "season". I might go with something like that in the new year.
