Book

A shot to the nuts won't do in a proper villain. Especially one who has a spell book at his disposal. People have asked me the reason the magic Blaine uses is red with the black dots while Glenda's magic is purple. It's kind of like light side versus dark side. He's tapping into negative emotions and they're represented by the dots. I'm not saying that Kirby dots in other comics are evil, I'm just using them as a visual device. I could have used some sort of vein like structure, but I didn't initially so I'm sticking with what I did back with his first appearance. And anytime the broken talisman has been used since it was in Blaine's possession the dots haven't been present. It still radiates red though... so it's fairly dangerous but not evil.
