After a long wait, we finally meet the new neighbor in 1B.
Her name is Valerie and she’s a new age hippy. There’s not a cause she doesn’t like and we’ll be seeing more of her very soon as this entire week is devoted to the Junior situation.

Merciful Buddha’s Man boobs…I’m definitely gonna have to steal that line. :) I wonder how high George would be, and for how long if he were to eat their new neighbor. Maybe she’ll bake them some of her special brownies one day.
Poor Junior he doesn’t appear to want to leave George either. Hopefully he’ll get to stay, if not maybe George can get visitation rights.
