I'm drip feeding some of the "new normal" for the world of ZR over the course of this "arc" and Zoey being flown to work in a helicopter is one of those things.

I actually first thought of having ZR actually have a zombie apocalypse all the way back in 2012 for the whole Mayan thing... but the world of the comic wasn't ready for it. Now, years later, there is enough set up in the comic world to accommodate one and maybe it'll get "fixed" at some point.
